Whether it's teaching parenting skills to the parents of a developmentally disabled child, or teaching stress reduction exercises to busy executives, our therapists have a wealth of training and experience helping others to be successful in a wide variety of settings and situations.

We welcome families that have children and/or adolescents with challenging behaviors.  Typically we come to your home and work with the entire family to effect change at the systems level.  This approach also allows us to work on any behaviors of concern, without alienating or singling anyone "out".   We will also coach you on a new way of communicating with eachother which will allow everyone to share their views, and know that they are really being heard.
